Foto Story Friday #174– busy weekend

This past weekend we attended/participated in a wedding….

Important things to discuss with the photographer prior to the rehearsal: where the photographer is and is not allowed to be during the ceremony…… and important things to discuss with the family and or the best man: that you WANT a first look photo and not to shove the photographer out of the way or block her or him from seeing the grooms face as he sees his bride!  It went well considering 🙂

And since I still had the lens I had to get a little more use out of it, so I took the kid’s school photos.

Teenage boy!  He’s 17 and I’m glad I have one more year before I have to let him be grown up!

15 1/2 and ready to take on her 2nd year of high school.

13 and ready to be top of the food chain!

sixth grader

11 1/2 and SO excited to be in the middle school!

second grader

7 and ready to conquer 2nd grade!  He is such a goof 🙂

second grader

She looks so serious at 7…. she’s not though!  She is excited to be going to 2nd grade and this year they will be in the same class! It took some doing on Mom’s part to get them in the same class and to get them to have the teacher I wanted …. the same 2nd grade teacher that all my kids have had!  🙂  School starts on the 29th…. 4 days later than last year.  Back to more structured life good-bye summer ease!
